1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiatwin platform — including the website, mobile interface, sports betting services, live casino lobby, slots, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jiatwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jiatwin platform and close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform after any update or revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The jiatwin platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jiatwin enforces a strict 18+ policy and will request documentary proof of age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a jiatwin employee or director, or of any game provider whose titles appear in the jiatwin lobby.
• Single account: You must not currently hold, or have previously held, another jiatwin account that was suspended or closed due to a terms violation.
• Own funds: You must be playing with funds that lawfully belong to you and that are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity.

jiatwin employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Where age cannot be confirmed to jiatwin's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC. If verification fails or the player is found to be under 18, all funds will be returned (excluding any bonus amounts) and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jiatwin platform, you are required to create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh), email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

jiatwin reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile financial service (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) account confirmation — to verify the accuracy of registration information. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiatwin account credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated tool, bot, or script to interact with the platform on your behalf. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until such time as you notify jiatwin of unauthorised access.

jiatwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available as a security option within your account settings. In the event of a suspected security breach, contact jiatwin support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jiatwin will never contact you to request your password via any channel.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on jiatwin. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — is a serious violation of these Terms. jiatwin uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances (including winnings derived from bonus funds) may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another individual — are not permitted and may be returned, minus any applicable transfer fees. jiatwin does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

jiatwin reserves the right to apply deposit limits on individual accounts in the interests of responsible gaming or fraud prevention. You may also voluntarily set your own deposit limits via your account settings. Once set, voluntary limits can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. jiatwin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus. Players must ensure their account is fully verified (KYC complete) before requesting a withdrawal. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 5 business days while verification is completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jiatwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket match-day specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier — e.g., 30x, 40x) applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Playing restricted games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first deposit on jiatwin are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000, subject to the welcome bonus terms and conditions published at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion. By accepting the welcome bonus, the player agrees to meet the applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your jiatwin account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jiatwin

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.

• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts operated by the same individual.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. Where the investigation confirms a terms violation, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jiatwin will notify you via email prior to applying any dormancy policy to your account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support if they wish to reactivate a dormant account or request closure and withdrawal of remaining funds.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiatwin's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jiatwin is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jiatwin content without prior written permission.

9.3 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by jiatwin is governed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. jiatwin uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores personal data on secured servers in accordance with industry best practices.

9.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiatwin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
